| His current research interests lie on two overlapping areas: polymer processing and material rheology, focusing on the development of computational tools to aid the design of profile extrusion dies. For this purpose he has been working on the development of numerical tools, based on the finite volumes method, to model polymer melt flow and the material cooling, and on the design of some devices for rheometry. | |
