Principal Researcher
As a soft matter scientist, my focus is on understanding the interplay between material properties (viscoelastic, structural, optical, electrical, etc.) and process parameters (e.g. extrusion) which induce such properties. Keywords that better represent my scientific interests are: rheology; rheo-optics; birefringence; dichroism; rheo-SALS; rheo-POM; rheo-NMR; carrageenan; seaweeds; polyhydroxyalkanoates; exopolysaccharides; polysaccharides; hydrogels; extractive extrusion.
